GDB chassis, Significantly lighter than your base spec WRX STI. The "C" meaning competition, is a car built with race in mind. "The fact that we are even writing about the Spec C, a limited edition, significantly tweaked brother to the Impreza WRX STI, is a miracle. The Spec C exists because it qualifies for homologation in Europe's Group N Rally series, which is why they're making a mere 1000 of them" (Evo Magazine).
