Excellent experience from start to finish. Very knowledgeable about the cars they sell and only dealing in high quality cars. I couldnt get down to see the car so Max talked me through the car and when I made the long journey down it was even better than he described, more than happy. I've never heard a bad word sad against Hurst Cars on any of the Subaru pages only rave reviews.

Great service, the car I bought had a lot of work put into it before I took it away, and you could definitely tell. Everyone was friendly and really informative when i asked questions about the car, what to do and not to. Would recommend them to my mates for a new car or even specialist work.

Got my JDM Impreza STI for the team at Hurst, really really nice guys cannot do enough to help and assist, had to wait a while for the V5 due to covid-19 but had some upgrades done in the meantime, would highly recommend Hurst cars to people looking for JDM cars and loving my new car. Bought a JDM STI wagon, Max was great, non pushy and answered lots of specialist questions about the car.

The car is still going strong to this day! 👍

The only bad reviews seem suspect to me. 1 complains about MPG, lol they are thirsty cars even driven gently, especially my 5 speed box.

the other says engine blew after 20k miles! Well that's on them, mines done more than that and a 1999 car. looked after well with regular servicing They are STRONG cars.

I bought a Jdm Subaru sti 2003 from Hurst cars this year, previously bought a UK spec car from a different garage that ended up with rotten rear inner arches so got refund. I contacted max at Hurst cars, very pleasant guy. I planned to get the train up to Hurst cars took me over four hours was well worth the long trip max reassured me that i will be please with the car over the phone.Got to the garage and saw the car for the first time was very impressed with it more then I expected. the guys at Hurst cars was very helpful and friendly can't fault them really genuine people. max was on holiday at the time I collected the car so couldn't speak to him,but spoke over the phone he was very helpful. Will arrange in the new year to drive up to Hurst cars to finally meet max face to face :-).to show him how far the car as come since I owned it, nearly perfection.

If you want a perfect Subaru please don't hesitate to contact max at Hurst cars, I'm a perfectionist with cars and it needs to be right.

Had a slight problem contacted max he was very willing to correct the problem, that he did with no hesitation.

I DON'T THINK THERE IS ANY OTHER SUBARU SPECIALIST IN THE UK THAT HAS CARS TO THIS HIGH STANDARD. SPEND THAT BIT MORE AND GET A QUALITY SUBARU.

After shopping around looking at some questionable cars being advertised as ‘immaculate’ I visited and bought an Impreza from Hurst cars. I was really happy with the buying experience, completely open and no pushy sales. Car is sourced from Japan and is an excellent example. I had work carried out on the car (all fluids, filters, etc) prior to sale and some issues fixed without question. If I’m in the market for another Subaru I’ll be back.

I put a deposit down for my ultimate Subaru. Within months Max had found a great example which he bought back to the UK and I purchased for a fair price immediately.

After 2 years I wanted to move the car on and get into something different. I gave Max a call and within 2 weeks he had a buyer and money had been transferred to my account.

Easiest sale I have ever had!

I will be going back to Max in the future.

Is been over a year since my purchase and through out the year I have dealt with Max quite a few times. Max is a pleasure to deal with and he is totally transparent with his customers. Max is thorough with the cars which he sells and goes above and beyond preparing the cars before it leaves the show room. Definitely not just cosmetic presentation, he is also very detailed mechanically as he has genuine enthusiasm with Subaru Impreza and JDMs in general. This is important as having bought cars from other importers such as Torque GT, who only really focus on cosmetic presentation and aftercare is absolutely minimal. If you are looking for a Subaru Impreza or any other JDMs look no further than Hurst Cars.
